When I mention to people that I am a food blogger they seem so amazed. (And rightfully so, it is pretty awesome!) What is so astonishing to these people is just the idea that I cook at home everyday with fresh ingredients and real food. I’m used to it, so maybe it is a grand accomplishment, but to me it doesn’t seem that difficult to eat a fresh homemade meal every day. (more…)
Let me just start out by saying: quinoa. It’s AWESOME!!! When I was making this Green Machine Quinoa Salad with Basil Garlic Dressing, I reacquainted myself with quinoa and forgot how much I love it.
