Mexico is known for it’s street food, and for good reason. It’s delicious! Though it may not be the healthiest, fried bananas are a popular late night snack in Oaxaca, Mexico.
When my husband or I have a day off from work, our first thought is where are we going. We take a vacation any chance we can get! It’s not often that both of us have the same days off, so when it comes around our bags are packed and we’re out the door in under an hour. When I moved to Mexico I was preparing for a bunch of new experiences. New city, new job, new food. But I never thought of all the things that Mexico didn’t have, and one of those is Fireball. Yes, Fireball the alcohol. Mexico has plenty of tequila and mezcal, but since I have been living here, I have never seen Fireball for sale.
