Double Chocolate Chickpea Cookies

  • 1 1/2 cup Chickpeas cooked
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp honey or agave adjust to taste
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips


  1. Add chickpeas to a blender or food processor and process until smooth. Add juice from chickpeas as needed 

  2. In a large mixing bowl, add all other ingredients to chickpeas and mix unit well incorporated.

  3. Grabbing about 1 tablespoon each, space the batter out onto a lined baking sheet.

  4. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes or until. Let cool completely before transferring.
